Gapura is a joint-venture company that was established on January 26, 1998 by three State-Owned Enterprises, namely PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) and PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). The Company is engaged in the business of ground handling services and other business activities that support the aviation business at the airport.

Garuda Indonesia initially carried out ground handling by themselves. However, given the need for professional services and the demand for optimum results without neglecting security, safety, reliability, and timeliness, Garuda decided to handover ground handling activities to other parties so as to focus on its airline operations. This is the origins of the founding of PT Gapura Angkasa.

 

As of December 9, 2014, Gapura Angkasa’s shareholders consist of Garuda Indonesia (58,75%), Angkasa Pura II (31,25%) and Angkasa Pura I (10%).

SENIOR MANAGER OF IT SUPPORT
QUALIFICATION:
  • Female / male
  • Min Bachelor degree in information management / technical information
  • Min. 2 years experience in IT division and managerial level
  • Having an understanding of IT Architecture, Business Requirement Analysis, Project Cost & Evaluation, Information System Design, Ground Handling Management, Management Innovation & Technology, Network Design, Software Architecture
RESPONSIBLE :
Planning and evaluating IT projects/Enterprise Resource Plan Programme. Designing, implementing and enforcing the policies, procedures and best practices for their IT department. Researching IT solutions and making recommendations for the improvement of IT systems and IT infrastructure. Negotiating and approving technology vendor, outsourcing, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
SENIOR MANAGER OF RAMP OPERATION SERVICES
QUALIFICATION:
  • Female / male
  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major
  • Min. 5 years experience in Ground Handling Operation/ Aviation industry
  • Min. 2 years in managerial level
  • Fluent in English
  • Good attention to detail, strong analytical and strategic thinking
RESPONSIBLE :
Planning, coordinating and evaluating every activity in ground handling operation especially in ramp operation services area. Employee optimalize in ramp operation services area, coordinating with client for passanger services standardization. Evaluating irregularities on ramp operation sevices.
OPERATION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
QUALIFICATION:
RESPONSIBLE :
A development program for young graduates who wants have a career in Ground Handling Business. There will be training in class and on the job training before the participants become an employee.
