03 Feb Gapura launched “New Gapura Airport Hospitality” with new uniforms
On Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at Auditorum 2 building 600 headquarters of Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Cengkareng, carried out the launch of the “New Gapura Airport Hospitality” which was attended by stakeholders, such as Airport Service Community , Airport Operators Committee (AOC), National and Foreign Airlines, Hospitaliy Community, Immigration Customs and Quarantine and Shareholders of Gapura.
At the launch described Gapura the new services of Airport Hospitality,on the occasion also introduce Gapura Airport Hospitality new uniforms
and conducted demonstrations of new website of Gapura Airport Hospitality namely: www.hospitality.gapura.id where customers can make reservations and payments online.
ABOUT GAPURA AIRPORT HOSPITALITY :
Gapura Airport Hospitality is a form of service provided to airport passengers that aims to offer greater convenience and timeliness for any arrival as well as departure for international and domestic flights. Available services which we offer include assistance for Visa On Arrival payment process, Immigration, Baggage Handling, Customs, and Pick-Up/Transportation needs.
The Gapura Airport Hospitality Service began in 2007 at Ngurah Rai Denpasar Airport under the name of Gapura Leisure. In 2010, we also offered the same services at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Cengkareng as part of the Gapura Ease facility. Since 2015, the available service officially became Gapura Airport Assistance (GAA).
February 1, 2017 officially Gapura Airport Assistance (GAA) change its name become Gapura Airport Hospitality (GAH), and also change its uniform.
Customers under Gapura Airport Hospitality encompasses Hotels, Villas, and Travel Agents.

NEW GAPURA AIRPORT HOSPITALITY
This service includes the addition of transfer services for passengers that have connecting flights from International to International destinations, International to Domestic destinations or Domestic to Domestic destinations.
Additional services also include transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Furthermore, a buggy cart will be made available for passengers at Terminal 3 of the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng.
Staff will adorn new elegant uniforms to exclusively serve Premium Class passengers.
The Meet & Greet Service serves as an alternative to Hotel Representative services that had previously been offered by Keraton at the Plaza and the Hermitage Hotels in Jakarta.
This service will soon extend to the Surabaya branch with plans to expand to other branches that have become important destinations for tourism and business.

New Uniform of Gapura Airport Hospitality is comprised of majority gray color combined with the green color with new logo PT. Gapura Angkasa.

Green is the color that is soothing and refreshing as well as optimism.
