JOÜMPA is a VIP service that provides ease for passengers at airports through its various products such as Meet and Greet, Transfer, Fast Track, Baggage Delivery Service and more in more than 50 airports in Indonesia.
As the biggest ground handling company in Indonesia, Gapura Angkasa has been developing hospitality service since 2006, known as “Gapura Leisure” in Denpasar and “Gapura Ease” in Cengkareng.

On “JOÜMPA” brand, the icon Ü symbolizes a smile between two people who meet, as “JOÜMPA” will put smiles on our customers’ faces, right from their journey starts to its end.
Supported by trained and experienced officers who also have knowledge about services and products from airlines and airports, we make sure that with “JOÜMPA”, unbelievable services will be made to complete ones provided by airlines and airports.
Fast Track is a product offered for international –departure or arrival– flights. Customers will get guidance and assistance from our friendly “JOÜMPA” officers to process their departure flight, starting from airport’s drop zone departure terminal, security checking point 1, checking-in process, luggage handling, security checking point 2, immigration checking, lounge facility, to Boarding Gate dropping off.
The same goes for the arrival flights. Our JOÜMPA officers will pick customers up and guide them to do the immigration process, experience lounge facility, check customs, and provide customers’ transportation and even deliver their luggage to their destination.
Meet and Greet is another option. It provides services for customers of international arrival flight as well as domestic departure and arrival flight by welcoming and assisting customers at the airports.
Transfer service provides ease for customers with transit or transfer flights. JOÜMPA officers will assist in facilitating and guiding customers, so that they can have a more comfortable time during their transit / transfer.
Customers can benefit from another option. We provide Baggage Delivery Service for arrival passengers, so they do not need to wait for their baggage before leaving the airport, because JOÜMPA will help them deliver the baggage right to their door.
Besides all the services mentioned above, JOÜMPA also provides special services such as guidance at the airports for children in solo travelling, honeymooners, or even holding special events for birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and many more which need organizing at the airport (Airport Event Organizer).
